I know far less than I probably should about the situation in Egypt... don't actually know whether it's going to be generally enforced, whether it's all just gonna go underground and happen anyway.
Well, I know it happens "underground" in this country, even still, so my optimism is guarded. Still, foot-binding is no longer in style, so there's hope.
Does look like a good thing.
